A lazy, rainy Sunday is a good time to relax with a warm friend and some nice mulled wine. Actually, this entire weekend has been like that for me. FBI hacking probe began before Scarlett Johansson photos leaked

The FBI investigation into allegations of phone hacking of multiple Hollywood celebrities dates back a year and began well before news reports about Scarlett Johansson and other celebrities having their data breached, according to law enforcement sources.

The federal probe actually began in 2010 after allegations of people hacking into the phones and computers of several Hollywood figures first surfaced, the sources said. That probe is continuing, they added.

Over the last few weeks, there have been reports of young celebrities being victimized by hackers who obtained compromising photos, including pictures of Johansson.

On Wednesday, FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller told The Times that the agency was looking into "a series of computer intrusions" by hackers, but would not identify any of the alleged victims.

DC Files Lawsuit Over Money to Non-Profit, Miracle Hands

WASHINGTON - The D.C. Government filed a lawsuit Tuesday, claiming a city non-profit took more than 300-thousand dollars meant for a job-training facility and instead built a nightclub in Northeast.
The suit claims the director of "Miracle Hands", improperly billed the city for work that was never done.

The lawsuit claims the money given to Cornell Jones and Miracle Hands was supposed to be used to build a job-training facility for people with HIV-Aids. Jones told the city he was going to renovate an old warehouse on Queens Chapel Road. But the training facility never opened.

Instead, the city claims Jones opened the Stadium Club gentlemen's club instead.

A Chicago federal judge declared a mistrial last week in a sex-trafficking prosecution after a masseuse who worked for the defendant and testified for the prosecution recognized the defense lawyer as a client.

After stepping down from the stand, masseuse Liudmyla Ksenych told prosecutors she recognized defense lawyer Douglas Rathe, report the Chicago Sun-Times and the Chicago Tribune.

The revelation prompted U.S. District Court Judge Robert Gettleman to declare a mistrial in the case against a massage parlor owner accused of threatening immigrant women to extort money and force them to into sex trafficking.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Diane MacArthur said in a court hearing there is no indication that Rathe asked for any extras during his massages, the Sun-Times says. Rathe told the newspaper there was no sex.

A couple are to sue a laptop-tracking company who recorded their sexually-explicit webcam communications.

Staff at Absolute Software were hunting down the thieves who stole the computer when they captured the sexually explicit content of Susan Clements-Jeffrey from Ohio.

She was using the laptop after it had been posted missing and was unaware that the computer was the subject of an online investigation to track it down by the computer company.

The computer security firm had been trying to trace the thieves who originally stole the laptop which ended up in Mrs Clements-Jeffrey's possession.
But in capturing pictures exchanged between the substitute teacher and her boyfriend Carlton Smith, from Boston, a judge ruled the firm went too far and violated the couple's privacy.

A theft recovery agent for Absolute Software, Kyle Magnus, is said to have intercepted emails and electronic communications to and from Mrs Clements-Jeffrey's computer.

For these patients, some sex therapists turn to surrogate partners people who help patients with intimacy issues using a hands-on approach. This can include having sex with the patient.
Although use of surrogate partners is rare among patients of both genders, they are increasingly being used by women whose physical or mental health problems prevent them from enjoying a healthy sex life, experts say. In the past, such therapy was employed almost exclusively by men.

"More and more women are now claiming their birth right to either have an orgasm, or healthy relationship or have sexual satisfaction," said Shai Rotem, a surrogate partner who is based in Los Angeles but practices internationally.
In his 14 years as a surrogate partner, Rotem has worked with women who have a condition called vaginismus, which makes sex painful, women in their 40s or 50s who are virgins and women who have experienced sexual trauma.

The practice is controversial, and most sex therapists dont work with surrogate partners. Some question its legality, although no laws specifically prohibit surrogate partners, according to the International Professional Surrogates Association (IPSA). And the therapy comes with baggage, including the risk of the patient becoming attached to his or her surrogate partner.
But many experts say surrogate partner therapy has its place in sex therapy, and can be useful to the right patients.

Use by women Surrogate partner therapy got its start in the 1970s and went through a boom period before dwindling in more recent years. At its peak, the IPSA had 200 to 300 members in the United States, but now has about 50, said Vena Blanchard, president of the IPSA.

Phoenix Goddess Temple Raided; 16 People Detained

Phoenix Goddess Temple, the "sexual healing" church featured in the New Times' story Sacred Sexuality in February, was raided by Phoenix police officers Wednesday.

Sixteen people -- five men and eleven women -- were detained for questioning. San Jose: Three female Vietnamese coffee shop workers cited for being topless

San Jose police officers doing a routine check of a Vietnamese coffee shop Sunday evening cited three young female workers who they said were serving patrons while topless.

The women, ages 22, 22 and 23, are employees of the Quyen Cafe, located at 1692 Tully Road, according to police. The women were accused of public nudity, a violation of municipal code, and will have to appear in criminal court, according to officer Jose Garcia.

Because the women were cited and not arrested, police did not release their names.
A woman who answered the cafe's phone said she didn't work this weekend and then passed the phone to another woman who said the charges weren't true. Neither would identify themselves, and the second woman would not answer questions.
Garcia said the officers were in full uniform when they walked into the coffee shop about 8:30 p.m. and immediately saw the topless servers.
Quyen Cafe is one of about 20 coffee shops concentrated in a 3-square-mile area of a Vietnamese business area bounded by Story and Tully roads that recently drew public ire for using scantily clad or seminude female servers.

"The police department is aware that some establishments have had employees working as waitresses or bartenders while seminude or topless," said Garcia, adding that in some cases workers have worn transparent clothing.

Which would have been fine except Behnke didn't work there and she was no exotic dancer.

At her first court appearance Wednesday, Behnke pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor and was ordered to pay a $450 fine, according to Pinellas court records.
